      General Conditions

      • Selection of Prosperity Surprises is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • If a selected Prosperity Surprise is unavailable, it means it has already been redeemed and you will be required to select another option.
      • Please review your selection carefully before submitting. All selections are final. No changes, amendments, or exchanges will be permitted once confirmed.
      • Prosperity Surprises are valid only for completed purchases that are not refunded or cancelled.
      • Purchases that are refunded, partially refunded, or cancelled during the campaign period will not qualify for redemption.
      • For e-commerce transactions, redemption eligibility will only be confirmed after the order has been fulfilled and not refunded.
      • COMO Group reserves the right to verify purchase validity prior to awarding any Prosperity Surprise.
      • Any redemption found to be linked to refunded or cancelled purchases will be considered void, even if a confirmation email has been issued.
      • Collection of Prosperity Surprises will be available from 9 February 2026 onwards. Collection instructions will be communicated via the confirmation email.
      • Any Prosperity Surprise not collected by 31 March 2026 will be forfeited.
      • In the event of technical issues, discrepancies, or duplicate submissions, COMO Group reserves the right to verify, validate, reject or disqualify entries at its sole discretion.
      • COMO Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
      • COMO Group reserves the right to cancel, amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on www.comogroup.com.
      • COMO Group is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties connected with this Promotion.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS – COMOCLUB

      NEW SIGN UPS

      • Eligible only for customers who sign up as a new Comoclubber during the campaign period of 02 February 2026 to 03 March 2026.
      • The required minimum spend of SGD200 to qualify in the campaign must be within a single receipt during the campaign period.
      • Eligible spend must be made on participating establishments across the COMO Group, Your Comoclubber ID must be presented at point of payment, and online purchases must be made while logged in with your Comoclub account on Club21.com, kids21.com, eshop.culina.com.sg, or Comoclubber ID must be entered manually on the comoshambhala.com checkout page.       • A maximum of a one-time 200 bonus Comocredits will be awarded to the eligible transaction for each newly signed-up Comoclubber.
      • Bonus Comocredits will be credited into eligible Comoclubber’s account six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the end of this campaign.

      GRAND PROSPERITY SURPRISE WINNERS

      • Eligible only for Comoclubbers who enrolled into the COMO Lunar New Year 2026 campaign
      • Comoclubbers who win the top 6 prizes will get 8800 bonus Comocredits.
      • Bonus Comocredits will be credited into eligible Comoclubber’s account six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the end of this campaign.
      • Not applicable on any other promotions, discounts and vouchers.

      PRIVACY

      • Personal data supplied during the campaign will be processed in accordance with COMO Group’s Privacy Policy.
      • By participating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw and contacting winners, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

      REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
