Singapore’s Lunar New Year traditions are reimagined through a Korean lens at COTE Korean Steakhouse. Diners begin with Bluefin Tuna Yu Sheng finished with a Korean plum and yuja vinaigrette — a nod to citrus notes commonly found in Korean cuisine.
The evening continues with the ‘Feast of the Fire Stallion’, where premium cuts such as Hanwoo beef, USDA Prime and Australian Wagyu take centre stage on the grill. Celebrations continue in the Music Room with karaoke to round off the night.

Toss to good health and wealth at chef-owner Malcolm Lee’s Michelin-starred restaurant with a Peranakan-inspired Yu Sheng. Candlenut’s rendition features ingredients deeply rooted in Peranakan cooking — including ginger flower and kaffir lime leaf — and is finished with a pickled ginger flower and plum dressing that is clean, refreshing and restrained in sweetness.
Opt for the ‘ah-ma-kase’ tasting menu, a family-style meal showcasing a curation of Peranakan dishes, perfect for festive reunions. The menu is updated for the season, with highlights including Ayam Salai Lemak Cili Api and Babi Assam.
Family and friends will find their perfect retreat at Candlenut’s private dining room which cater to parties of up to 8.

The restaurant’s East meets West-inspired specials reflect Jean-Georges’ love for family, heritage, and desire to create meaningful connections through food. Highlights include Juicy Chicken Potstickers, Pork and Shrimp Wontons and Stir Fry Lamb.
