A fifth-generation member of the founding family, Chef Masaru Seki brings Ippoh’s delicately-battered Osaka-style tempura to Singapore.
Airflown ingredients
The restaurant uses only seasonal fresh ingredients air flown directly from Japan including spring water from Osaka and also safflower oil for a delicate taste.
