      Festive Gift Redemption – Terms & Conditions

      • Redemption of gifts are made on a first come first serve basis. If the gift you want is unavailable, it means that the gift has been redeemed and you need to select another gift.
      • Please review your selection carefully before submitting. No changes, amendments, or exchanges will be allowed once submitted. 
      • Gift redemptions are valid only for completed purchases that are not refunded or cancelled.
      • Purchases that are refunded, partially refunded, or cancelled within the eligible period will not qualify for redemption.
      • For e-commerce transactions, redemption eligibility will only be confirmed after purchase has been fulfilled and not refunded.
      • COMO Group reserves the right to verify purchase validity prior to honouring any redemption request.
      • Any redemptions found to be linked to refunded transactions will be considered void, even if confirmation has been issued.
      • Gift collection will be available from 1 December 2025 onwards. Collection instructions will be sent via confirmation email.
      • Uncollected gifts after 31 January 2026 will be forfeited. 
      • In the event of technical issues or duplicate submissions, COMO Group reserves the right to verify, validate or reject entries.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS OF COMO FESTIVE LUCKY DRAW

      The COMO Festive Grand Prize Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) will take place on 6 January 2026 at COMO House, conducted under the supervision of an independent auditor.

      These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Lucky Draw. By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any subsequent revisions made by COMO Group (“COMO”) without prior notice.

      1. ELIGIBILITY
      • The “COMO Festive” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises a lucky draw organised by COMO Group (“COMO”). It is open to all customers aged 18 years and above (as at the date of entry) who participate in accordance with Clause 2 below, except:- Directors and employees of COMO and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, all participating retail partners/shop tenants, and any persons involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Promotion.- Immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law, and siblings).- Any person whose participation may, in COMO’s sole discretion, cause the Promotion or COMO to be brought into disrepute.- Any other person deemed ineligible by COMO from time to time.
      • COMO reserves sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any participant and may disqualify any person at any time without providing reasons.
      • By participating, entrants agree to comply with these T&Cs, including any future amendments, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
      • Members of COMO Group for this Promotion include COMO Pte Ltd (formerly known as Club 21 Pte Ltd), Kids 21 Pte Ltd, Kids Space Pte Ltd, Culina Pte Ltd, COMO Hotels and Resorts (Asia) Pte Ltd, COMO Shambhala Pte Ltd, Candlenut Kitchen Pte Ltd, The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar Pte Ltd, COMO Lifestyle Pte Ltd, Dover Street Market (Singapore) Pte Ltd and COMO Club Pte Ltd.

       

      2. PROMOTION MECHANICS
      • During the Promotion Period (26 November 2025 to 31 December 2025), every enrolled customer with a gross spend of S$200 (in a single receipt or accumulated) at participating COMO outlets (“Qualifying Spend”) will receive one (1) lucky draw entry (“Chance”).
      • Comoclub members during the campaign period will receive double chances.
      • Participants may accumulate multiple entries based on their total Qualifying Spend during the Promotion Period.
      • To participate, eligible customers must:- Enrol in the campaign via the official enrolment form.- Provide valid and complete information and consent under the PDPA to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for campaign administration, as detailed in COMO’s Privacy Statement at www.comogroup.com/privacy-statement.- Ensure their transaction records are properly captured. Incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified.
      • Lucky draw entries are non-transferable and cannot be combined or shared between participants.
      • The list of participating outlets is available in Annex A (and may be amended by COMO at its discretion without prior notice).
      3. SELECTION OF WINNER
      • There will be one (1) winner for the Lucky Draw (“Winner”).
      • The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 6 January 2026, at 3:00 PM at COMO House, 6B Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258332 (or such other venue/date as COMO may determine). The draw will be computerised, conducted at random, and witnessed by an independent auditor to ensure fairness and compliance with the Class Licence.
      • The Winner will be notified by 9 January 2026 via the email address provided at enrolment.
      • If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) working days, COMO reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative Winner.
      • The Winner’s name may be published on www.comogroup.com or official COMO channels.
      • COMO’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
      • The winner of the COMO Festive Lucky Draw is Mr. Zachary Wong ([email protected]). Mr. Wong will be contacted by our team via the registered email address with instructions on prize collection.
      4. PRIZES
      • The Grand Prize includes:- 6-night Maldivian Unwind Experience at COMO Cocoa Island and COMO Maalifushi- Daily breakfast and dinner- Daily COMO Shambhala 75-minute treatments for two (three sessions per resort)- Signature experiences (e.g., Luminous UV night snorkelling, Castaway Picnic)- Seaplane transfers between resorts and to Velana International Airport.
      • Approximate retail value: USD 13,960.
      • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
      • The prize is valid within a specified travel period only; no extensions will be permitted.
      • COMO reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
      • COMO makes no warranty or representation regarding the prize quality, merchantability, or suitability. COMO shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the prize’s use. Winners accept the prize at their own risk.
      5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
      • COMO reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in breach of these T&Cs.
      • COMO reserves the right to cancel, amend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on www.comogroup.com.
      • COMO is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties connected with the Promotion.
      6. PRIVACY
      • Personal data supplied during the campaign will be processed in accordance with COMO Group’s Privacy Policy.
      • By participating, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw and contacting winners, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
      • Participants may contact COMO at [email protected] to request access to, or correction of, their personal data.
      7. RECORDS RETENTION
      • COMO Group will retain all records relating to the conduct of this Lucky Draw, including entries and winners, for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
      8. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
      • This promotion is conducted under the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022, administered by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
      9. GOVERNING LAW
      • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
